You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

### 2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 
* To expedite your resolution, please send a clear photograph or video showing the defect or damage along with your order number. 
* If verified, we will arrange a brand new replacement package sent to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.

### 3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
